WaiBOP Session Plans
WaiBOP have put together a great coaching resource for us built on the same framework as used across their rep programme. These are comprehensive session plans for practices including timings, layouts, focus of the drill and how to extend each drill for more advanced children.
A local physio - Audrey Quigley ( MPNZ ) - has kindly provided a stretching programme. This is not designed to replace professional care or advice but it is a basic programme that you may want to get your kids into doing as a preventative measure.
